Stephanie Myers is the Founder and CEO of Bias Breaking BeautyTM, a technology company developing bias-navigation systems and strategic response approaches that help employees, founders, and organizations examine and address bias-related challenges.
As a Systems Architect and Bias Response Strategist, Stephanie recognized a critical flaw in how society addresses bias: the reliance on retroactive advice and generic training rather than real-time, tactical solutions.
She engineered the system to solve the exact moment of friction, providing women with the precise words they need
Her background working in both male-dominated and gender-neutral environments, as a serial business owner and a communications major, is what drives the company’s mission to provide women and organizations with the tools, systems, and bias response intelligence (BRI™) needed to navigate bias before it costs opportunities, influence, income, or advancement. Stephanie is not interested in telling women how to feel; she is interested in giving them the tools to win.
